Made up of two nice detached-houses with garden, "La Magnolia" is placed right in the middle of the lovely Marina di Campo's gulf, just 150 metres away from the beach and next to the town. The B&B, family run by Agostino, is recently built and offers 4 bedrooms, 2 apartments and a loft conversion with kitchenette.

Our bedrooms, all en-suite (with their own private toilet) are spacious, bright and with modern furnishings. They are on the first floor and are all equipped with TV, fridge, fan, safe and central heating in winter time. Two of them also have a big balcony with tables and chairs where our guests can have breakfast or just relax outdoor.

La Magnolia also offers self-catering facilities, a lovely garden with tables, chairs, deck chairs and free use of bicycles.

Our flats, on the ground floor, can host up to 4-5 people: they are made up of living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower. The apartments are all equipped with air conditioning, TV and safe (one of them with washing-machine) and they also have their private garden with a BBQ area, own entrance, private parking place, and bicycles at the guests' disposal.
